About

Coaching for Social Change

The Mirus vision is to offer high quality, low cost coaching to women and men involved in social change. Mirus coaching will contribute to building community, empowerment, fostering leadership and building active citizenship.  The Latin word Mirus was chosen for the organisation name because it means wonderful, extraordinary and astonishing, which is the belief we hold about the individuals that Mirus supports.

Marianne Craig and Alma Neville created Mirus Coaching, recognising that they wanted to make a difference on a personal and social level. They are accredited coaches and run successful businesses, coaching people from different walks of life in the UK and abroad. They have seen what a huge difference coaching makes to clients’ lives and now want to extend coaching to individual social entrepreneurs and social activists. They anticipate this independent groundbreaking coaching programme will stand as a beacon, inspiring other innovative coaching projects to be set up worldwide.

Mirus is a not-for-profit, independent project, and is not affiliated to any religious or political organisation.
