Wheel of Life

The wheel of life helps you explore and assess how things are for you in eight key areas in your life right now. The eight sections in the wheel of life represent a balance. Think of the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10. Rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge. 0 means that you aren’t at all happy with that area right now, whereas 10 means that you are satisfied with how things are.
