MARIANNE CRAIG

Marianne trained with Coach U and is an ICF Master Certified Coach, Mentor Coach and Coaching Supervisor.  Marianne specialises in working with individuals at a career crossroads. She has created the Firework Career Coaching Programme and is director of Firework Career Coaching Company. Marianne is a former community activist.

ALMA NEVILLE

Alma is a Certified Newfield Coach, NLP Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. She holds the PCC credential from the ICF. Along with running her own practice Alma is a Programme Coach for the Newfield Network an international organisation that provides learning in personal transformation, executive and organisational development and coach training.

KAREN GREENWOOD

Karen is an Executive Coach with a particular interest in the skills needed to work in partnership with others (individuals and organisations) and exploring ways to become a more effective leader and manager. She trained with Management Futures to gain her Diploma in Coaching and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  Karen is an NCVO Approved Consultant 2009.

HOLLY CRANE

Holly has a passion for helping to create positive change - both personal and social. Her background includes management consulting in Accenture's change management practice, freelance journalism and time as a thinktank researcher/consultant in the non profit sector.

NEIL JOHNSON

Neil is an NLP Master Practitioner who did his coach training with Ian McDermott and Jan Elfline at ITS.  He is the Chairman of two successful charities and is committed to the development of coaching in the voluntary sector for both employees and service users.  Neil is an Ambassador of the UK Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

SU KINGSLEY

As an Executive Coach, Su’s specialty is in helping her clients find and fulfil their leadership potential. Before discovering coaching as a profession Su worked for the NHS and also Chaired the Board of a voluntary Mental Health organisation. Su trained as an NLP Master Practitioner and then continued to become a certificated NLP Coach. She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Su also has a Masters degree in Psychology and an MBA.

RACHEL ALEXANDER

Rachel has a particular interest in coaching people through transitions of life, career and healthy lifestyle. She has a passion for people and how they can be all they want to be.  Rachel has previously held senior leadership roles in the charity and corporate sectors.
