How it works
Aims of the Programme
Coaches will offer their services at a significantly reduced and affordable rate. The minimal fees will be paid by the individual or by a sponsoring organisation and will be paid directly to the coach.
Coaching will take place over the telephone (you will call the coach) with an option to have face-to-face sessions when geographically possible.
You will be offered a programme of 2 x 45 minute, regularly booked coaching sessions per month, for 3 months.
Only qualifies coaches, who share the Mirus values, are selected to participate, thus ensuring vital quality control.
Soon after the initial contact we will give you a coach to contact to set up your first session.

We are seeking individuals who will commit to the coaching process and who will benefit from working with a coach.
Understanding your challenges
We understand that working in the field of social change can at times be challenging and also exhausting with little or no time to do things for yourself or with your family. Your stress levels go up, your work life balance can be seriously compromised, resulting in burn-out or ill health.
